About the gummies
What’s in each gummy?
Vitamins A, C, D3, E, B5, B6, B9 and B12, with biotin, zinc and iodine: 11 nutrients in one gummy. Each one is listed per gummy with its %RDA, as per ICMR Guidelines 2020, in the supplement facts on the product page.
Is it really sugar free?
Yes. The gummies are sugar free — they are made with maltitol and FOS, a dietary fibre, and come to about 10 kcal each.
Is it gluten free?
Yes, ASHPARNI Multivitamin Gummies are gluten free.
What do they taste like?
They’re orange flavoured.
Is it vegetarian?
Yes. The gummies are set with pectin, a plant-based gelling agent, instead of gelatin.
Is this a medicine?
No. It’s a nutraceutical health supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not for medical use.

ASHPARNI is manufactured by Vencora Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. in Dhoran Pardi, Gujarat (FSSAI Lic. No. 10723998000187) and marketed by Primity Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. in Surat (FSSAI Lic. No. 10726997000855).
Taking ASHPARNI
How many gummies should I take?
One gummy a day, or as recommended by your dietician. Please don’t exceed the stated recommended usage.
How long should I take it?
We suggest one gummy a day as a 3-month course. The 30 + 60 combo covers all 90 days in one order.
What if I miss a day?
Just take one gummy the next day as usual. Don’t take two to make up for it.
Can I take it if I’m pregnant, or give it to my child?
If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication, or buying for a child, check the pack and speak to your doctor before use.
How long does a jar last?
At one gummy a day, the 30-gummy jar lasts a month, the 60-gummy jar lasts two, and the 30 + 60 combo covers the full three months.
How should I store it?
Below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and out of reach of children.

How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive in 3–5 working days.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on orders over ₹499, which covers every pack.
How can I check on my order?
You’ll get an order confirmation by email. You can also see your orders any time by tapping the account icon at the top of the page and signing in.
How do I sign in to my account?
Tap the account icon, enter your email address and we’ll send you a 6-digit code. No password needed.
Payment and offers
What discounts do you offer?
Pre-booking orders get a flat 20% off, already included in the prices you see.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay, net banking and wallets.
Returns and help
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Our Return and refund policy explains what can be returned and how refunds work.
